Samarco Project

Samarco Project Design services for both projects include mechanical design, dynamics analysis, brake system design, instrumentation, and control system design. The control system design included the logic development, programming (Allen Bradley SLC503/SLC504), supervisory system (Wonderware Intouch) development and programming, on-site commissioning, and performance testing.

The project Alegria 6 is a 2.6 Km route at 3300 TPH for the transportation of iron ore consisting of three downhill conveyors, one that is mobile. Alegria 9 is a 1.9 Km route at 3785 TPH for the transportation of iron ore consisting of three downhill conveyors, one that is mobile.
