Tamandua Project

Tamandua Project Design services include mechanical design, dynamics analysis, brake system design, instrumentation, and control system design. The control system design included the logic development, programming (Modicon Quantum), on-site commissioning, and performance testing. The control system included a supervisory system (FactoryLink) provided by others.

The project is a 3.5 Km route at 6100 TPH for the transportation of iron ore consisting of two downhill and three plant conveyors. It also includes one silo/feeder system, a shuttle conveyor (with moveable head) and interfacing to the stacker/reclaimer systems.
